Course Summary

Reconciliation between Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal Australians has been described as ‘…about finding new and better ways of tackling problems and of connecting with one another.’ The Aboriginal and Intercultural Studies course provides opportunities for students—Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal—to learn from one another, and learn about their ‘shared histories’. The knowledge, understandings, skills and values students develop through the course will support them as they become active citizens at local, national and global levels.
