Extranet Login Help
Online learning and support
- The Curriculum Council provides online support to teachers of all courses through its
online support materials – extranet - online professional development – learning management system (LMS)
Teacher support materials used to be located in the LMS. They now sit inside the website in an area called the extranet. This is a secure zone that requires password login.
Note: online professional development is still accessed through the LMS.
Eligibility for extranet access
If you were previously registered to access support materials, your new user details have been sent to your registered email account.
If you are a new user you need to register for access. You are eligible to register if you are:
- a teacher with a WACOT number (full access)
- a final year pre-service teacher (limited access)
- an educator delivering teacher training (limited access)
- a teacher of WACE courses in an international context (full access).
New users must register for access before attempting to login.
Logging into the extranet

The login button is in the top right corner of each page of the website.
Click on the login button to open the login box.
Enter your username and password.
Note: a temporary password will be emailed to you when you register.
Copy and paste your temporary password into the password field.
Once you are logged in you will see a welcome message. Close the window.
Your name and login status will appear next to the login button.
Once you are logged in the screen will refresh and you will have access to teacher support materials.
Changing your password for the extranet
The first time you log in you use a temporary password. You should change this to your own password as soon as possible.
Click on the change password option next to the logout button.
Enter your username, temporary password and new password as indicated in the fields. Click save.
